Keri was born in Fountain Valley, California, then raised in Dallas, Texas. Later, the family moved to Mesa, Arizona. Finally she got to a high school outside Denver, Colorado where her father was transferred for his work with Nissan.
In Colorado Keri discovered her first love - dance, beginning intense study in ballet, jazz, lyrical and street dancing. She won several scholarships which allowed her to study after school in prestigious programs, often even six or seven hours a day. Keri still loves dance and still studies it today.
Keri was also involved in modeling, but didn't like it at all. Trough modelling she got involved with acting. While still living in Colorado, Keri was discovered by Disney talent scouts during a national talent search.
She auditioned for and got a role in the film "Honey, I Blew Up the Kid" and appeared as a mousekeeter on the Disney Channel's "All New Mickey Mouse Club" from 1991 to 1993. Because of MMC Keri moved to Florida.
After those seasons of MMC, Keri moved to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. Since then this girl with her natural-curly hair has guest-starred on the TV series "Boy Meets World", "Married...With Children", "Clerks", "Daddy's Girls" (with Dudley Moore and Harvey Fierstein) and many others.
Next up Keri got the main role in "Malibu Shores" as Chloe. Malibu Shores was produced by Aaron Spelling, the person behind Beverly Hills 90210, Melrose Place, Love Boat and many other hit series. However, NBC thought Malibu Shores didn't get enough viewers and it was cancelled after one season - many fans were dissapointed. After Malibu Shores Keri appeared on the NBC's movie "The Lottery" as Felice.
Now stars in the new hit show on the WB as Felicity in "Felicity".
