comes to my face?

when you are "blue",
that my heart
feels like it aches?

Have I ever said
what you mean to me?
How your friendship
fills my life?

Have I ever said
that you bring me joy,
when my days are grey
and filled with dread?

Have I ever said
I love you, my friend?
