What power and fear
are packed in any
other
three-letter word?

mingle into groups,
making
moonbeams
in a crystal ball.
Words!
They turn a rainy afternoon
into a sun
drenched plantation.
They convey such wonder,
beauty, joy and hope.
We give them to our
children.
Tied with blue and pink ribbons.
They express what we feel;
see, hear and
think.
With all our knowledge,
legacy and
history.
Do we still need WAR??
