This is a Blackfoot Warrior..Mad Dog Society served as police during tribal encampments....in WW11 they were used as runner,scouts,point men,code talkers,and guides because of thier superior knowledge and capibilities in areas such as stalking,tracking,and hunting,they were heard to sing "It is bad to live to be old Better to die young Fighting bravely In Battle"
