Ashley bounced around happily, she had a feeling about Kaycie and she knew that when she saw Nick's door closed and that they didn't come down to the party last night what had happened. She was busy making breakfast when she heard Kaycie stumble down the stairs.
"Just got laid....Friday Niiiight, Nick's bed hoppin' and I'm feeling riiight..." Kaycie started to sing to the tune of "Just Got Paid" by N Sync. Ashley smiled at her friend.
"See- now can you understand why AJ and I like that so much?" Ashley inquired.
"Yea, but the difference is...is that we got to know each other before we had sex. Not the other way around." Ashley had a hurt look on her face and Kaycie knew she went too far.
"OK, that's true, but still. What counts now is that we are all happy. No more fights, arguments and what-not." Ashley cracked open and egg for the french toast. Reality had just hit Kaycie.
"Ashley, you don't cook. What the fuck is up with you all of a sudden being Betty Home-maker?"
"Yea, I thought I'd do something different for a change, I am bringing this up to AJ. I'll see you in about an hour." Kaycie just laughed and shoo-ed Ashley up the stairs.
Ashley walked into the bedroom and sat down with the food. "Wake up stud muffin." Ashley said with a laugh as she shook AJ awake. AJ rolled over and saw that Ashley had food.
"Ash, you didn't have to go out and get me food." AJ smiled.
"I didn't asshole, I made this myself." Ashley got defensive even though she knew she couldn't cook.
"Calm down, I just didn't think you were at one with the kitchen." AJ laughed.
"Well, I am. Sort of. Now eat and pray that you don't get food poisoning." Ashley handed AJ the food.
"Thats comforting. Did you find Nick and Kaycie?" AJ questioned.
"Yup." Ashley had a big grin on her face.
"They fucked didn't they?" AJ already knew the answer to that.
"Yup." Ashley continued to smile and watch AJ. "AJ, do you think that all we ever do is have sex?"
"No, were not now are we?" Ashley hit AJ in the arm.
"No shit. But I mean in general. If you think about it, we're in bed more than we are on our feet." Ashley stated. AJ grabbed Ashley by the waist and pulled her close to him.
"Baby, just because we enjoy sex doesn't mean that we don't love each other. I was always told that good sex is a reward for good love." Ashley looked at him.
"That was so corny. So that means that you have only had sex with people that you loved?" AJ nodded.
"Yea, a lot of people think that because I am who I am that I have wild sex all the time. Not true, if my mom found out she'd beat my ass." Ashley smirked and closed her eyes.
"What did you want to do today?" AJ whispered in her ear.
"I don't know. What did you want to do?" Before AJ got to answer they heard a loud crash and hysterical laughter downstairs. As they ran down the stairs they saw Kaycie on the floor laughing so hard it was difficult for her to breathe, as their eyes wandered up they saw Nick, covered from head to toe in a white substance.
"Nick what the hell is that shit that is all over you?" AJ laughed.
"I-I-Its..." Kaycie tried to speak, but it didn't work.
"Its pancake mix. I thought I would help Kaycie make breakfast, but when I turned on the mixer to mix that crap up the shit sprayed all over me. I could see anything and when I tried to turn it off I knocked the mixer on the floor." Nick explained as he watched AJ, Kaycie, and Ashley laugh hysterically at him.
"Nick, you do realize that you can't turn a mixer on all the way when you start mixing something right? Even I know that." Ashley mangaged to say as she was laughing.
"Well, thanks for the lesson Betty, but I don't exactly do this every freaking day." After say that Nick couldn't help but laugh at what had just happened.
"Well let's get you cleaned up." Kaycie said as she dragged Nick back upstairs.
"Kaycie, we were going to go to the beach today want to come?" Ashley screamed after here.
"Sure. But we will meet you down there in a few." Kaycie yelled.
AJ and Ashley cleaned up the mess downstairs and stepped out onto the deck. After a short walk they were at the beach.
"I don't feel like waiting for them to get here. Lets just go in the water now. Its too hot just sitting here." Ashley stated as she started to take off her shorts.
"Alright lets go" AJ grabbed Ashley's hand as the raced towards the ocean. As they were in the water, Kaycie and Nick made their way to the beach. They looked out into the ocean and saw AJ and Ashley holding onto each other.
"Looks like they didn't want to wait for us to get here. I don't blame them, its freaking hot out today." Kaycie started to take off her top layer of clothing to reveal her bathing suit. As she was doing that she continued to watch AJ and Ashley in the ocean. All of a sudden she noticed Ashley snap her head back with a funny expression on her face. "Oh my fucking god!"
"What? What's a matter?" Nick looked at Kaycie.
"I am NOT going in that water. No fucking way." Kaycie just kept shaking her head.
"Why not? What's wrong?"
"Nick they aren't just floating around in the water. They're having sex dude." Kaycie kept her eyes out in the ocean. She couldn't believe what she was seeing.
"No way. They wouldn't do that in public." Nick was straining to see if he could tell. "Come on lets just go out there and you will see that their just hugging."
"No. That's gross. I can't." Kaycie plopped down on the beach. "I'm not going out there." Nick sat down beside her and waited for AJ and Ashley to get out of the ocean. After about 10 mintues they came walking out up to where Nick and Kaycie were sitting.
"Hey guy! How come you didn't come in the water is really warm?" Ashley asked.
"I'm not feeling UP to it." Kaycie responded. She was still thoroughly grossed out.
"Ok, are you guys coming in at all?" AJ knew Kaycie was hinting at something.
"Eventually. What were you two doing out there?" Nick just wanted to prove to Kaycie that nothing happened.
"Just trying to think of something to do in the water. We didn't bring our surf boards. Are you ready to go in the water now?" AJ asked all of them.
"Yeah lets go back." Ashley grabbed AJ's hand and turned to leave. "Wait a sec AJ. I have to talk to Kaycie for a minute." Ashley turned back around and headed towards where Kaycie was sitting. She bent down and whispered into Kaycie's ear, "It was fun." She got back up and walked away laughing. Kaycie sat there in shock for a few moments.
