Supervise over 60 staff and 42 residents in one of Maryland's only Diagnostic Residential Units.
Co-ed facility diagnosing and treating troubled youngsters between the ages of 12 and 17.
Duties including:
Direct Supervision of Day Shift Supervisors.
Supervison of all full-time and part-time Diagnostic Unit staff.
Enforces policies and conducts corrective actions in cases of non-compliance.
Crisis Managment.
Organizing and conducting Full-Time Employee Training.
Participating in Part-Time Employee Training.
Contacting prospective new employees and Conducting First Tier Interviews. Making priliminary judgement as to continuing or terminating the hireing process. Arranging for Second Tier Interviews and assisting in completing hireing procedures.
Member of Diagnostic Leadership, Clinical, Recreation and other commitees.
Participant in Psychiatric Rounds Meetings.
Responsible for Diagnostic contribution to corporate newsletter.

Part-Time Health Care Assistant, Gentofte, Denmark
Residential program for clients (19 to 39 yrs. old) with autism, mild retardation and other developmental and psychological disorders.
Duties including:
Fulfilled day-to-day program objectives in a residential setting (max. 14 clients per household).
Assured proper and timely delivery of medications.
Communication with families and medical professionals.
Given specific responsibilities for clients with severe behavioral disorders.
Assumed some fiscal responsibilities for clients.
Special project member from Jan. 2000 to Mid-July 2000 – assisted in the reevaluation and modernization of programming for a client with autism and additional psychological and behavioral disorders.
Frequent one-on-one responsibilities for clients not attending day-care. These responsibilities included guiding the client through their ‘home-day’ program as well as taking clients on excursions, doctor’s appointments etc.
Chosen to accompany groups of clients on weeklong vacations out-of-house.
