These are a few of my favorite recipes. As you can see dessert is my favorite course. *smile* I hope to be adding more soon.




Hot Fudge Cake.
  • 1 cup all purose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons baking cocoa,
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups hot water
  • Whipped cream or ice cream optional.
  • In a medium bowl combine flour,sugar,2 tbsp cocoa,baking powder and salt. Stir in milk,oil, and vanilla until smooth. Spread in an ungreased 9 inch square baking pan. Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa,sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over all. Do not stir.n Bake at: 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.Serve warm top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired. Yeilds 9 servings.





    Fluffy Peanut Butter Pie.
  • 1 8oz pcg cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 14oz can sweetend cond.milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 c peanut butter
  • 2 tsp choc. syrup
  • 1 c whipping cream whipped or 4 oz cont cool whip.
  • Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sweetend condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream and turn into crust.(I use a chocolate graham cracker crust). Dribble syrup over top and gently swirl with a spoon. Chill 4 hours before serving.





    Mayonnaise Cake
  • 1 1/2 c sugar
  • 3 tsp baking soda
  • 6 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 c flour
  • 1 c water
  • Combine sugar, baking soda, cocoa, mayonnaise, salt, and vanilla and beat until smooth. Add flour and milk alternatly. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minuttes. Frost with fudge frosting when cool.





    Fudge Frosting
  • 2 1oz squares baking chocolate or 6 tbsp baking cocoa with 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
  • 3 c sugar
  • 3 tbsp corn syrup
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 c milk
  • 1/4 c margerine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Combine Chocolate squares (or cocoa with veg. oil) sugar, corn syrup, milk, and 1/4 tsp salt. Cook and stir until sugar dissolves, cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat add margerine and cool to 110 degrees without stirring. Add vanilla and beat until sreading consistancy. Spread on mayonnaise cake.
