You passed the test. You now have your own
personal pilot's license for a Type 40 travel machine.(i.e. a TARDIS) Of
course, there are a few limitations to your permit...
Your license is not good for comercial flights and is only valid
in the constilation of Castervorus. It can only be used between 9:00 a.m.
to 4:00 p.m. on registered TARDISes. Naturally, you must be old enough
to use it, much like your human driver's licences. Small children cannot
operate such a complicated peice of machinery. Therefore, we must require
you to be at least two hundered and fifty (the legal drinking age on Gallifrey)
and not over two thousand and ninty. (Eye sight tends to go at this age
and it would not be safe for such an elderly person to operate a TARDIS.)
