Who We Are

We are an all volunteer group of Manhattan Valley residents who have watched the problem of abandoned cats grow worse and worse in our neighborhood. We have decided to rry to help as many of these abandoned cats as possible. Thanks to the Rev. Laura Jervis of the Westside Federation for Senior Housing, we have been given a beautiful basement room in one of their buildings to use as a temporary shelter. Beyond rescue work, we hope to start an educational campaign to impress on local businesses and residents the importance of spaying and neutering. We invite anyone interested to join our efforts. Donations of supplies and money to help cover vet costs, food, etc. would be greatly appreciated and are desperately needed. Together we can help end a condition that has persisted for too long in our neighborhood.
