Here are some essays that put forth my thoughts on various issues of constitutional and perhaps other subjects. Constitutional law sounds kind of boring and all, but really it involves a whole range of issues that affects us all and makes us think. After all, subjects like the death penalty, the right to bear arms, free speech, abortion, and so on are some of the major issues of the day. They touch upon matters that in some way are an interest to us all, and I am quite interested in them and like to ponder them as well. A web page allows me to do this and put my views out there for people to read (or not, whatever) at no cost to myself. As to the update notation, not all pages were recently updated, but the gun essay has been.
