He put his arms around me saying, "Don't worry. I'm here. They'll be fine."
We could hear the screams of the girls as we walked off of the bus. First the other four guys walked off, and then their three girls. As the girls walked behind them into the hotel, the whispers started. When the girls realized Justin hadn't come off the bus, they started chanting, "Justin, Justin." The whole time he kept his arms wrapped around me.
"You ready?" Justin says.
"For what?" We started down the steps, and he replied,
"The reaction of a girl in my arms."
At the sight of Justin, a scream rose from the crowd. When they saw me, it got even louder. I was so scared, I was shaking. I wondered what people would say about us, but when I looked at Justin, he didn't seem to care. We just kept walking, me still in his arms.
"Calm down, don’t worry about it." He reassured me quietly.
"Look at them, how can I be calm?" I respond.
"Just keep walking. It'll be okay." He interrupts.
When we reached the lobby, we were quickly escorted upstairs. Security made sure no one found out which rooms we were in. The guys had to get to an interview with 'Much Music'(the Canadian MTV), so we stayed in the rooms.
"So Amanda, what's up with that?" Amber says as we turn on the T.V. to see a scene of Justin and me walking into the hotel.
"Oh no." I say, as the reaction of the crowd hits the screen.
The tape ends and there was Justin and the rest of the guys sitting in the studio. Justin had the most beautiful smile on his face.
"I told him this would happen." I said as I sit on the floor to watch the interview.
Justin gets asked about the tape. As if it were rehearsed, he said,
“There’s nothing between us. She didn't feel good, so I helped her into the hotel. All the girls are friends of ours."
"Except Chrissy!" Joey says. We are so shocked by this comment, all our eyes are drawn to her.
"What!" she exclaimed loudly.
"I'm hoping to start something with her soon," Joey says calmly.
"So other than Chrissy, they are all your friends."
The girl said.
"Yes, just friends." They all answered.
Chris and Justin looked really sad after they said that.
"What's with those boys?" I say as I turn off the t.v.
We decided to take a nap before the show that night. We all needed one badly. Everyone started walking around later, which woke me up.
"Good, you’re up." I hear Justin say.
He still seemed very upset. I'll ask him later what's bothering him.
