I heard on the radio about this new music channel on cablevision called MUCH. Or Much Music or something like that. I hear it actually plays music. Amazing. The way MTV works, MTV should be shot and taken down. Well, since we cant do that....how about a petition? Ya that could work. After maybe a thousand people's names and comments, we send it to MTV. Or a person makes one letter complaining, comments, and stuff like that. Sends it out to a lot a lot a lot of people with directions on what to do and we all send it to MTV. But we must make sure that these are only real people. Not trendy teenyboppers. That could work. Yes it can. Look at this letter sent out between the gray lines then we can continue on with the editorial. I think we should all do this im doing it. You should too.

Next up, we must figure out if these boy bands are slowing down and if they arent how do we stop them. Can we? This is getting scary. Trl has a new boy band called BB Mak. So now we have Metallica, Korn, and Limp Bizkit. Maybe we should ask for them to have a pure rock show at like 7:00 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m. Think about it. They have a show thats basically all pop and a R&B/rap show. So once again a petition is the only way. By the way lets not only complain about the music how about those shitty shows. Damn come on now. That letter I showed before is one way.

Okay next up. What is up with this sensory shit. Who saw the papa roach video. Even the word life along with cut, suicide, take, and a bunch of other skips on the song kills it. Why do they do that? Not to mention that its a anti-suicide song. If you dont know Coby Dick (the guy who is the lead singer of papa roach) wrote the song about his friend who attempted suicide or something like that. That just annoyed me. Not to mention all of the other things they sensory. Kroq laughed when they heard they beeped out the word cocaine in the Buck Cherry video. Like me they thought it killed the whole song.

Is there anything new to talk about? Has anything changed? Do you even answer when I put these dumb questions on? Oh eminem is on kroq. The song called the way i am. This is a good song. I thought this would be his next single. Its a really good song. Im not mr. nsync im not what your freinds think. im not mr. friendy. i can be a prick.......hehe this song is cool. By the way eminem defends Marilyn Manson in this song. Pretty cool. Even though its like a sentence or two but its still cool.

Thats another thing im pissed at. What the fuck!?!?!?! Making me sick. All this shit. Can you guess yet? Its people blaming music and tv for the shit that people do. People blame everything but the fucking person. And then after that, they dont even partially blame the parents. Example, the Colorado shooting. The fucknig kids were making bombs in the fucking basement. Come on mom. Why dont you bother to ask what are you doing? Hey, maybe you never know. They might just answer, "were making bombs mom. But dont worry, its just to kill every kid we can." Fuck the media. They try to twist everything. They blame Marilyn Manson (sorry but thats the wrong Manson if your going to blame any). Then they even blame The Offspring for the song they made in 1989 "Beheaded". Their song "Cool To Hate" has also got complaints. Meanwhile, that song means how it is not cool to hate. They blame rock, they blame punk, but if you are going to blame any type of music, why not pop and rap? Yes pop. It makes people into air head teenybopping trendies. Which means they will smoke, do drugs, drink alcohol, and whatever their friends do just to fit in. Dont say thats not true. In my health class last term girls (two of them. the teacher caught each of them smoking outside of school. but hes cool so its not like he reported them for something dumb like that) that smoked and drinked alcohol admitted that they did it because their friends did it. Then me and these two other kids were saying "trendies trendies". If its not music, then they blame TV. But the thing they forgot was that TV gets its ideas from real life. Thats just my thoughts. I think they make sense, unlike ebonics which made everything dumb. By the way down actually means against. So when you say im down with that. That means your against it. hehe. Just thought i would mention that.

People!!!! Please when pop is finally gone (again) do not let it come back this time. I fyou see any sign of it coming back do something about it. A petition or vote more for rock or something. Just dont let it come back. Im warning you now.

Tonght as i was surfing the web i found this web page and upon reading some of the editorials i realized this is the perfect place to write down what i feel and what i feel is that the music and outside world has gone all to shit. Just last month i was denied entry into a skating rink to see my girlfriend (who had already paid full price to get in) simply because i was wearing too much black. im not complaining about people treating me diferent because i try to be diferent i dont want to fit the mold i want to crack it in half,burn it whatever. well anyways a bunch of shit happened i got arrested but i cut a deal with the judge and he agreed that if i got out of their faces for a coupla years hed drop all charges. So here i am chillin in south america. im considered more of a freak here because nobody understands why i am like i am. even tho i cant enjoy it i still got on to mtv.com and voted for nine inch nails (who i recently saw in concert w/ perfect circle in lakeland,fl) i also lived in Port St. Lucie and listened to Sadistic artistry and Dark faith in fact my sister is Dating the sadistic artistry drummer. anyways i just want to say thanks for puttin up a cool website.

Lately I have been smelling something in the air.....no its not shit...no the rock is not cookin' it......no its not the knicks in the finals verse the blazers and they win the championship (although i do smell that)...no no no no its the smell of enough of this shit. No its not me saying this its actually people with more power than me. Such people as: SALUTES: [drum role] to Eminem (i dont think i have to mention what he has done), Kid Rock (although brief he says boy bands are trsh in his new song american bad ass), Conan Obrian (for making fun of Nsync in one of his sketches.....it was a sketch when he was looking through his autograph book from celebs that have been on his show...anyhow nsync shows up. and they say everything with the letter N...they say it was very 'Nteresting to be on your show and etc. anyhow on the bottom of the message it says "P.S. Sorry we don't have 'Ny [any] talent. this got a big cbheer from the crowd), Jay Leno (made a funny impersonation of Nsync and made fun of their hair hehe), the Foo Fighters who also said something about boy groups sucking during the making a video thing, Marilyn Manson, and finally Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails (all these were pretty recent and they all had someting against pop and/or boy bands).

So I guess they finally seen what the hell is happening with music. Good for them. About time. Others said things about it, but not to catch anyones eye. Maybe Carson "The Pussy" Daly would say something or maybe we need a few brave souls to go down to TRL and either get on the camera or up in the studio and say shit about pop and boy bands. And say how no talented they are and why they should be gone and nsync lip syncs and etc. Bet no one will do that. If you do you balls and you are going to be part of the.........MUSICIAN DREAM.......you know like American Dream?

Well, anyhow I am still digging that new song by Poppa Roach called Last Resort. I really dont have any new song of the month. I could mention a few I like: The Mighty Mighty Bosstones' "So Said To Say", Limp Bizkit's "Mission Impossible Theme", Fenix TX "All My Fault", and other stuff, but nothing blooming this month. But......if im going to pick a song it would be Eminem's "The Real Slim Shady"....if this editorial was written like 2 weeks ago this would have definitly been my song of the month easily, but guess what it still is. "The Real Slim Shady" is my song of the month.

I hope more music artists will be fighting against pop and make sure it never comes back again. My bro got the new Eminem CD.....its different, but good. I like the song "Stan", but I havent heard the whole thing yet. I bet the Mission Impossible Soundtrack will be better than the movie. Metallica and Limb Bizkit both have great songs on that soundtrakc and the Foo Fighters are on it too. I would definitly get it if the Offspring's "Total Immortal" was on it because then that would be a great CD. But its on the Me, Myself, And Iline soundtrack so oh well.

In conclusion, I beleive people that make better music than pop like rap and rock are starting to notice their reign and are looking to end it. I hope they do. I hope Eminem has a one on five conference with Nsync or another boy group and disses the living hell out of them and real bands expose the shittiness of boy groups and that Nsync get caught lip singing just like Milli Vanilli. It is it is it is time time time. Well, anyhow I have seen some changes, well, actually they are very slight changes. As some of you already know I saw REAL videos on MTV. It wasnt TRL Wannabes either. I suppose they were just showing videos. But...TRL is sought of the same. Only about 4 or 5 videos are pretty good depending on if you like rap, then it starts to suck. Lets recount the 10 top shall we? No? Well, to bad I am:

These are my 3 songs of the month and they all kick major ass.

As TRL and MTV struggles to regain its old self, I have been watching a little more of VH1. Yes, thats right. It has those Behind The Music things which interest me, and they like Weird Al a lot which is nice. They also have this show called The List, which is pretty cool. They are starting to play some real videos although they still play sucky shit and that diva and men strike back thing. That sucks. But nothing is perfect. The Mighty Mighty Bosstones are on K Rock with their new song. I like this song. I think it is called So Sad To Say. Not sure though. Now the chilis are on. A Ska song to a mix of funk, rap, and rock song. Nice touch. And yes, the Bosstones are Ska. Why? I dont know. This is what they are listed under. Anyhow......I think MTV is going to continue this bullshit for a while. Though I have seen some changes. Some type of push to rock. But its probably just me. So I didn't have much to say this time. Hey, I went to your site it's pretty cool. But do me a favor KEEP UP THE EDITORIAL SECTION! I mean how are people supposed to discuss their views on conterversial issues like these? Anyway, you said something about a girl that loves BSB but hates N*Sync, I mean theres a girl at my school that loves N*sync but hates BSB. I mean what's the difference? she's like "Oh backstreets ugly and N*sync's hot". First Off their both ugly NSync espicaily how can girls say their hot? their a bunch of freaks! Their lead singer Jason Timberlake or whatever har like poodle hair grown into an afro! And that chris guy with the black hair copied off that guy from Korn.

Second they copied off of BSB with the boy-band trend. BSB came out first then N*sync. I mean how can you like a band that copied totally off of another? third how can you like their music? it's terrible and i'm not talking about N*Sync in particular but all boy-groups. They sing like whiny crying litlle babies I'll always love yooooooooooooooooooooouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuooouuuoou! plus their music's fake it's all a bunch of synthesizer noise i like bands that have real instruments in them they dont have to play them but as long as their real. A lot of rap has synthesizers in them (that's the main reason i don't like rap) but, I respect rappers beacause they write their own lyrics and they deal with real issues take for example Eve's love is Blind. The cool thing is though i've been hating pop music all my life. From the late 80's till today mostly because a lot of 80's has synthesizers in it. Another unfair thing i've seen latley how well N8Sync's cd is selling its sold over 2miliopon copies! and that is totally unfair! why dont these people buy coolnew cd's like Suicide Machines-selftitled or Bloodhound Gang-Hooray For Boobies? more proof this is unfair like you talked about with the Blink 182 teenies thing, I was in a record store recently and a lady took back a Blink 182 cd because she said her daughter bought it and it had a parental advisory on it. and she sadly traded for N*Sync's new cd : ( anyways i talked to the guy there he said they put it on because all of the teenies who bought it. He also said it was a good thing, a good thing many parents like that lady and mine dont want their kids buying parental advisory cd's. So why not buy the edited down version? or buy something else. the wierd thing is i bought blink 182 in august when it was new. It doesn't have a parental advisory, but still there's cursing. anyway I almost bought limp bizkit but my dad made mre take it back because of the pa so i traded it for Red Hot Chili Peppers-Californiacation. You see a trend of boy bands every 5 years or so. They die out and become an underground society- or atleast move to Europe to see how they'd fare in the States. Look back in history; maybe when Nine inch Nails came out with their first cd- or when Marilyn Manson and the Spooky Kids where hitting it big in the metal underground. There wasnt a boyband in sight; well maybe except for a few, like the New Kids. But thats only one that I can remember. Back then I was still a little kid (about 5 or 6) and I was never into mainstream bull shit, I was into Metallica and U2 and Smashing Pumpkins, shit like that. But anyway its been about 3 years with the trend and its already starting to die out. Or slowly if you dont see where Im coming from. I live in Port St Lucie, Florida and the metal scene down here was non-existant. But with the increasing popularity of bands such as Sadistic Artistry and Dark Faith (local metal bands) the scene is becoming alive, I'll admit that rock is dead, but its starting to come back. You cant see it on MTV because the boy bands take up every ounce or airplay. Not only that there are alot of people that are anti-MTV (I'm one of those people), even the metal bands down here are. The only thing that I find ironic though- think Backstreet Boys- they put out one single at a time, thats how its suposed to go, but you notice when TRL retires their video maybe 2 weeks later they premere a new one, see where Im coming from? It makes sence to me. later

Ok, heres what i dont get, why do people listen to useless pop music wich lyrics dont make sense and the ones that do make some sorta sense aint about REAL issues? God, if they only heard songs that have realllllllllll meanings (i.e. Offspring's Gone Away or Korn's 4 u) I mean like 99% of alternative muic has meanings to the songs. Unlike Pop music where the music has 0% meaning to it. Take a song like "larger than life". just by the title u think it was a goof-off song with no meaning or it was talkin about Nick Carter's weight (hehehe). Now verse it with a song like "Smash". That song's meaning may not be apperent in the title, but listen to 15 seconds of it and you'll know that its about doing what u want to and not what people think is popular (thats why its my anthem.........lol). Those clue-less-to-good-music people should realy listen to at least one of these cds:

Its that time again to bitch about the music world. Yay!!!!!!! Well, heres an amazing thing that has happened. Blink182 is not on TRL anymore because they released a serious song for their new single. Surprising huh? No? Not really? Well, why? Werent the "Blink182 fans" voting for them every day and getting them nicely tucked into the top 10? Oh you mean its only teenies voting for Blink. Oh I see because their first to singles were funny ones and now that it is a serious song they dont like it. I see. Well, do you think Adam's song is the best song they released for a single so far for their new CD? I do. Infact that is my song of the month. Adam's Song is my top choice for song of the month. Now those teenyboppers relized that Blink isnt a boy group. Now they wont vote for such a meaningful song that actually makes them feel something that they dont want to feel. Thats called reality teenies.

Well, another song Break Stuff by Limp Bizkit has finally made it into the top 10. I think those are the real fans voting since it is only in at numbers 7 and 8. Most LB songs are within the number 5 section o the countdown. Well, every month TRL sinks to a new low.

Only one rock band is still constintly on there. That band is Korn. Who has also been called a bunch of sell outs. Well, everyone has been called sell outs. Even Pennyweise. Now thats a joke. They release one single without a video for the first time out of their I believe its now 12 year careers and they are being called sell outs. That means everyone is a sell out, pretty much. The music world is going down. Its getting worse, not better. Please HELP!!!!!!! Vote it isnt going to kill you!!!!!!!! IM TELLING YOU TRL IS THE SOURCE OF THIS WHOLE GAY MUSIC THING!!!!!!! Hey Break Stuff is on the radio now cool. Hehe, im not kidding. VOTE VOTE VOTE!!!!!!!

We are going to have to take control. I think every person and every fucking site should do this. Tell people to vote. Vote and vote and vote. They say if you cant beat em join em. Well, we are going to have to vote like the teenies to beat the teenies. Now someone has mentioned that we should make one big letter saying things like this and send it out to the millions and millions of AOL'S registered people. I agree. There was a letter saying why we hate boy groups and preps and teenies and stuff from real life people giving their reasons. I couldnt possibly know who did that could I? Hey!!!!!!! Stop staring at me!!!!!!!! Anyway the point is we really have to do something. I voted for LB'S Break Stuff like at 7 o clock at night and they premiered the next day. See it works. So thats what we have to do. We have to vote over a 1000 times on both phone and online to get real music on MTV. I will do that if it brings back real music. I voted a few times so im not just all talk. I try, but not enough do.

There is no real music anymore. There is only one rock station on the radio here in New York. That is what I listen too (if im not listening to some type of cd) when I want to hear real music.

Its only going to get worse. Even if these boy groups and girl pop singers last a few years more come out right after. If we can get most of them off of TRL for a year. Most of those artists will be forgotten. I am telling you it starts with TRL. Then MTV will play what is benig voted for. Then we can all cheer. Thats it for this week. Im thinking for every time I do an editorial I will announce my song for the month. Like this month's it was Blink 182's Adam's Song. It will be from any time. It can be Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit or Limp Bizkit's Break Stuff. Depends on how I feel. What's yours? Im back and here to stay. This section is staying up for two reasons. One you voted for it and second that kid Eric isnt going to continue with his editorial thing. Today in my editorial I will be talking about people who cant decide what music they like. Can ya guess where this is going? Well here is an example:

I love Nsync I also love Limp Bizkit and Blink 182 are cool too.

Now get it? Last time I talked about how we should take back the music world and we should. This time im going deeper and breaking it up. I look for music that is meaningful to me. Whether its Offspring to Foo Fighters or to any other band that makes music about life that relates to me. What music do you listen to? Music thats as loud as a hardcore band? Or a band that curses as much as Insane Clown Posse? Well, atleast you have a better reason than these people that only like things that are on the top 10 on TRL. Guess you can call them trendies ot teenyboppers.

It makes me sick. How can you like a group like bsb then suddenly like a band like limp bizkit? Whats that? Did you just say because its what everyone else likes? Is that why you also like artists such as Juvinile? A guy that when he says somethings it sounds like the language jibberish in the song back that thing up. To bad teenyboppers dont actually check out my site before then send hate mail, I would like them to email me for the editorial.

This is what is happening in the world. Followers all over letting a greater power take control of their life, but that person isnt a greater power, its just that the person that is the pawn believes that person is. Cant feel like you felt before. What is that? Are you saying you feel the same as before? Are you saying they havent changed any of us especially you? Heres what I get now:

Bands such as Blink 182 are now known as sell outs and some people think they are a boy group. HAHAHAHA. They made fun of boygroups in the video all the small things. They are not trying to compete with them like nsync and bsb are. People just because a band makes a song about a girl doesnt mean they are a boy group. You are allowed to make a song about a girl. Not everything has to be non-love or non-girl but then again you dont have to make every single song or every other song about a girl, in this case boy groups do it everytime.

You want teenyboppin trendies gone? Do you want boy groups gone? Do you want things back to the way they use to be on MTV? Do you want Clinton and every fucked up person like him gone? Oh wait, thats not about this. Anyhow the point is dont trash the real bands. Also please vote a million times like the teenies if you have to to get MTV back. I believe that if TRL mostly all became real bands and nsync and bsb couldnt get near the top 3 or even 5 that they all will fade away. They will be gone and forgotten as fast as new kids on the block. What do you have to lose? Well, there is one thing......REAL MUSIC!!!! Whats that its not possible? Want to take that chance? Dont think that anything is invincible including yourself. Dont be surprised about anybody, anything, anywhere. Be yourself, whether your at the bottom of the barrel or at the top, but remember taking advice is okay. This is just some of my advice, take it or leave it...............

I like U'R site. I agree w/everything U think about the boy band phenomenon that's taking over the "real" music scene w/all their fake crap. And it is so wrong of people 2 do what they do when bands get credit on MTV-calling them sell-outs and stuff. I , 2, remeber the day when bands could be popular and sell millions and still rock. They sell millions and still rock now, but then they get dissed by everyone. Even the people that used 2 like them. Like Blink 182 and the Offspring, that happened 2 them. N-e-wayz, U should keep the editorial even though alot of people that voted were undecided.

Welcome everyone to the continuence of The Editorial Section, but it seems it may be going going and may just be gone since you are voting it out. See people (you) need to write to me. This can be about anything. If you dont write back or comment then I dont think theis section and/or that kids Editorial Section can last. Although this is a problem I have a BIGGER discussion to talk about.

My haters of boy groups there seems to be a problem. It seems that none of you can make up your damn mines. Not all, but I noticed a lot. See a hella of a lot of people hate boy groups, but then when a REAL band does good on MTV or gets popular you use the word "SELL OUT". I think you all know what that means. Well, I have one thing to say to you people, MAKE UP YOUR FUCKING MINDS!!!! You holler and scream about how boy groups ruined MTV and music, but when a band finally does good what do you do? You call them sell outs. You call them losers. You say they suck. You say they are commercial. Well, back in the day I remembered Nirvana and every other kick ass band being on MTV and doing interviews and shit. All of a sudden its different now. If they do good uhh oh OH MY GOD THEY SOLD OUT!!!! Well, have you thought about the extinction of real music? These bands are dying and trying to survive. I really dont blame them.

Ya know I really dont blame you for being calling them what you do. A lot of bands have slightly changed their music, but if thats what it takes to get passed this hopeful fad, then I dont blame them. Who I do hate out of all of this?Teenyboppers. What, you thought so, or did you think boy groups? See its the horny little gullable trendy teenyboppers who go head over heals with these boy groups. The only way to end this though is ending boy groups. How do we do that. Well, believe it or not I may have a solution.

Want to hear it? Yes, no? Well, if its no I DONT GIVE A FUCK!!!! Im calm. Okay, we all know the main source where teenies live off of and boy groups make their millions......................and millions (as the rock would say, who is hosting Trl Wednesday) of their $$$$. Well, why dont we take away TRL from the teenies and boy groups. I say lets vote for every single real band there is. Like the teenies, we will do it over and over, and to keep it secret we can do it over online. We will vote for real bands such as: Offspring (lets vote for the kids arent alright though), Blink 182, Korn, Limp Bizkit, Kid Rock, Beck, Pennywise, Foo Fighters, Greenday, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nine Inch Nails, and many many more real bands. Ladies and gentlemen you want boy groups gone forever? Well, I believe this is the way to do it. I have more to say but ill leave that for another time. This is my first entry. Today subject will be on like me and things but dont worry my next entry will be much more exciting.

Okay, I would like to talk about the website. I would like to know if you like this website. I want to know if you have any ideas for me. I want to know what you think. I would like to make this entry humorous but this just cant be very funny. So I wanted to make this site more of a group thing. That is why I have sections such as this one, fan mail, and hate mail. You can also send me funny things for my editorial sectionto like jokes and parodies.

Well this paragragh is about me. please hold the applause. I am a person that likes music, tv, and other crap like that. Look at my about me section to find some info about me if you think im a bigger loser than i am right now.

The reasons i hate boy groups is on my why i hate boy groups section but here are as few of my main reasons:

1.they dont write their own song

2.they dont play their own instruments

3.they are fakes: fake music, fake personalities, etc.

I will leave a good question for you to answer though. What do you think about boy groups? Why do you hate or like them? What music do you like?
