• Please only fill this form out if you are a student at Howard University.

• To be considered for membership, you must have at least a 2.5 G.P.A. and be in good academic standing with Howard University.
• Freshmen: You must have at least 12 credit hours (ie: one full semester in school) before your interest can be reviewed.
• To all interested persons, you must be in good standing with Howard University to be considered for membership. This pertains to academic, financial, and disciplinary standards.
