Random Thoughts
I noticed that "The Simpsons" brought up a good point. In "The Munsters", how come the mom was a vampire, the dad was a Frankenstein-style monster (and you already know the whole Frankenstein-Frankenstein's Monster thing, right?), and yet they were able to conceive a werewolf for a child. Strange, no? Here's some other stuff I noticed:
(And oh yeah. I guess the little werewolf child was adopted. Never mind.)
And yes, I AM thinking of this stuff instead of writing my Arts 1 essays like I SHOULD be doing (kids, I'm a bad role-model; do your homework).
The Academy Awards
- I've gotta tell ya, Whoopi's jokes may have sucked now and then, but AT LEAST she didn't say anything as stupid as "I didn't see any tigers or dragons, but then I remembered they were crouching and hidden!" Honestly, that had to be the worst moment in Oscar history . . . ever!
- Was it just me, or did everyone else in the world keep saying, "it's gonna be either Moulin Rouge or Lord of the Rings . . ."? But anyway, this just happened . . . people singing: First it was Sting, then Enya, then . . . John Goodman . . . . . neat pattern . . .
Post-modernism
- For a sect of philosophy about proving that no words say what they seem to say, they sure say a lot . . .
- You can't write about it either . . . . .
Things I want to come out really soon
- Star Wars: Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast - the return of Kyle Katarn to the PC!
- Matrix 2 - Oh Aaliyah, everyone misses you for all sorts of reasons . . .
- Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers - come on, Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli killing endless waves of stuff!
- Warcraft 3 - curse Blizzard and its taking lots and lots of time to make perfect games . . .
- Star Wars II: Attack of the Clones - do I really need to explain this one?
