When this website was created almost two years ago, there were a lot of reasons behind the inspiration. For one, it was a tribute to the God and Goddess. Most importantly, it provides resources for all those people who want to understand the ways of magick, but don't have the means. Overbearing parents, curious neighbors, skeptical friends; they all keep us from learning about things we've been dying to discover. On-line, it's possible because no one is judged.
Hopefully, The Womb of the Goddess is a place where people can come to get information, especially magickal correspondences. This site isn't really intented to be a "Beginning Wicca" website, nor does it intentionally plagerize. The goal of this site is simply to make a wide variety of information available to people who can't get it otherwise. Some people have a hard time getting books on magick and other related topics, so the information is taken from reputable books. It might not be the most original approach, but hopefully the information is helpful and complete.
