Players should be ready to begin
running drills at the start time listed above, meaning they should
expect to show up at least 30 minutes early to warm up and stretch.
Extra conditioning practices may
also be included in the club fee (some teams will have a mandatory
conditioning schedule). In addition, girls will be encouraged to take
advantage of the fitness facilities and exercise classes that are
offered by the YMCA and included in their memberships.
* By joining a team,
you are making a commitment to yourself, your teammates, and your
coach. Therefore, practices are not optional. Since many people are
counting on you, you are expected to attend all practices and tournaments
unless you have a documented illness or another approved excuse. *
