will be staying for each Away tournament and the details for
making your hotel reservations.

Occasionally, some parents
wish for their daughters to participate in additional tournaments
throughout the season (including out of state tournaments). If enough
parents and players are interested, we will try and organize fundraisers
to cover the costs associated with these additional tournaments (entry
fees, coaches' lodging, travel, and food, etc.). However, if the funds
raised through fundraisers do not cover the team's expenses, the players
and their parents will be responsible for covering any shortages (prior
to registering for the tournament). Any additional tournaments will
be completely optional.
