The Bills Final Super Bowl!

Here it is finally, after three straight appearances, the Bills make their fourth and final one against the Dallas Cowboys. The Bills try to get revenge against the Cowboys who defeated them the year before in the Big Dance. Here is how I predicted the game back in 1994:

SUPERBOWL XXVIII
BILLS VS. COWBOYS - JAN. 1994

PLAY OF THE GAME:

Michael Irvin catches a pass from Emmett Smith to score the winning TD in overtime! After scoring, Smith leaps onto the crossbar on the goal post, does a little shuffle and signals to the TV camera "0 and 4" with his fingers.

SPITKA UPRISING:

During the half time extravaganza, there's suddenly an explosion that rocks the Georgia Dome. A beast of a man comes barreling down the playing field on a motor cycle. He stops his Harley at the 50 yard line, spits on the carpet and pulls out a silver trophy from his leather jacket. "This trophy," Mike Ditka declares, "the Spitka award, goes to the man who best exemplifies myself during my playing career. This player has to have show the characteristics of true grit and be able to get down and dirty. The winner of this award didn't take any grief from anyone, especially Buffalo fans. The Spitka award goes to my main man - BRIAN COX!"

QUOTE OF THE YEAR:

Jimmy Johnson, "How 'bout those Billies? They did it again! They shouldn't have left the cold confines of Rich Stadium. The Bills players should do America a favor and either retire or ask to be traded. I wish the AFC would send a real team next year!"

MARV'S MAXIMS:
