WARNING! Contains SLAYERS NEXT/TRY Spoilers!

Xelloss, the Trickster Priest, first appears in Slayers Next episode # 2. He introduces himself as Xellos, the Mysterious Priest, and assures Lina that he is no one to be suspicious about

XELLOSS IS NOT A LIAR! (He's perfect, I tell you!)But he doesn't tell the truth either. He just kind of.. bends the truth. Xellos can make something sound totally different then it actually is without lying just once. He likes to tell stories and leave out the important parts. Xel knows more then he tells, and it makes him quite happy to do so. His favorite thing to say is "Sore was himitsu desu", or "That is a Secret" in English. Xellos says that a lot. And he sounds really cute saying it.

Well, back to what i said in the first paragraph. Xellos is, indeed, a mysterious guy. In fact, later it's found out that he's second in command to the BeastMaster, one of the 5 Mazoku lords. If you don't know what this means, let me sum it up for you: Xellos is pretty darned (I love the word "darned". It's so cute) powerful. Almost all of the Beastmaster's power goes to Xellos. Since his real body is on a different plain, magic doesn't harm him unless it's from a higher up mazoku, and he easily recovers from physical damage. I mean, the guy could easily wipe out all of the Slayers, including Lina. (I wish he would wipe out Lina, I can't stand her.. And he can get Shiefiel, too, while he's at it.. And Vrumegon..) Just like he single-handedly wiped out almost all the gold dragons 1000 years ago. Of course, though, he doesn't SERIOUSLY injure any other characters.. (Except poor Val-chan... Everyone just LOVES to beat up Val...) Xellos is the kind of character that goes through the whole series being niether good nor bad. Alright, maybe he leans a little bit towards bad in TRY..

Xellos seems quite happy, especially for a Mazoku. But be warned: he does have a nasty streak in him. Xel delights in watching others in pain. He makes really cute evil faces!

Well, have I rambled on enough? If you think so, go back home by clicking on the lovely button below.. If not, I can always talk about that visit to my grandmas last summer...

You won't have to hear my singing if you go home...
