This is my Father's day,
who formed the stars above
and washed my sins away,
with the power of His love.
This is my Father's day,
whose Son died for me.
When I was far, far away,
He came to set me free.
This is my Father's day,
who chose to call me, Son.
He taught me how to pray,
and caused my enemies to run.
This is my Father's day,
to whom my hands I raise.
In life and peaceful array,
my Father God I praise.
