Sliced Tomatoes with Cilantro Vinaigrette

Ingrediants:


Directions:

  1. Clean and slice tomatoes and place in a
    serving bowl.

  2. In a food processor, mince the fresh
    cilantro and add the olive oil in a steady
    stream until blended.

  3. Add Balsamic vinager to the cilantro-oil
    mixture and blend.

  4. Pour over tomato slices and serve.

Ingredients:


Procedure:

Put garlic cloves in saucepan and cover with water
by a couple of inches. Bring to boil. Turn to low,
cover and cook for about 20 minutes, till soft.
Drain and allow to cool.

Squeeze garlic out of their skins into a blender
or food processor. Add remaining ingredients and
blend or process till smooth. Taste and correct
seasonings, if necessary.
