Irresistible-CHAPTER ONE
Adrianne Littrell woke up without her husband next to her. This wasn't the first time Brian had done this.
The first year of their marriage everything went fine. Brian wasn't perfect, but then again, what guy was?
But soon, Adrianne began to see a different side of Brian. He was very controlling, always expecting her to do things for him. Brian had never hit Adrianne though.
After taking a shower, Adrianne went downstairs to make some breakfast. She found a note on the kitchen table-
Adrianne,
Since we've got some time off, I decided to go to Kentucky. I need to be alone for awhile. I'll be back in a month.

Brian
Adrianne crumpled up the paper and threw it on the ground. She started to cry. Just then, her best friend Nick Carter called.
"Hello"
"Hi angelface, what's wrong?"
"Nothing..."
"Adrianne Marie Littrell! I've known you all my life. I can tell when you're upset. What did Brian do this time?"
"He left me."
"What?"
"Yeah. He went to Kentucky for a month and he didn't wanna bring me."
"But your his wife."
"Tell me about it."
"Listen, I don't want you to be all by yourself. Come stay with me untill Brian gets back."
"Um, ok. I'll pack my stuff and be right there. Are you sure you don't mind?"
"Of course not! You're my best friend."
"Ok. Love ya Nick."
"Love ya too Adrianne."
So Adrianne set off to spend a month at Nick's house. Unaware that in that short month, her life would change forever...
