Irresistible-CHAPTER TWO
Nick waited outside for Adrianne. Secretly, he had been in love with her for over 3 years. But he didn't say anything because she was married to Brian.
Adrianne pulled into the driveway. Nick coud tell that she had been crying, so as soon as Adrianne got out of her car, he hugged her. He then wiped the tears off her face.
"I'm sorry about this." Adrianne said, "You probably have other plans. I don't wanna get in your way."
Nick smiled, "You're not in my way at all! Go inside and make yourself at home. I'll get your stuff out of the car."
Adrianne went inside. Nick followed shortly after.
"Want something to drink?" Nick asked.
"Sure" Adrianne said.
Nick tossed her a Coke.
"Thanks"
The two of them sat down on the couch.
"So why did Brian go?" Nick asked, "Did the two of you get into a fight?"
"No" Adrianne told him, "I woke up this morning and he was gone. All he left was a note."
"Wow" Nick said, "I thought you and Brian were happy."
Adrianne sighed, "We were the first year or so. But then things changed. Brian always wants me to do things for him. He expects me to do all the housework and stuff. Not that I mind. I just don't wanna stay in the house all the time. I wanna go out and do things. I'm 22 years old!"
Nick got up, "Let's forget abut that right now. Wanna go do something?"
"Sure" Adrianne said, "What do you wanna do?"
"Let's go to Disney World!" Nick said excididly.
Adrianne was packing a bag of everything she would need. She changed into a pair of jean shorts and a blue tank top.
The door of the room Adrianne was changing in was slightly open. Nick walked by and couldn't help but look.
"God she's beautiful!" Nick thought, "Stop it Nick! You're forgetting, not only is Adrianne your best friend, but she's Brian's wife! But she looks so good..."
"Ready to go?" Nick asked.
"Yup" Adrianne replied.

"Do you remember the last time we came here? When I wasn't performing I mean." Nick asked.
"Yeah" Adrianne said, "We were eight. We went on Space Monutain fifteen times in a row. And then you kept throwing water baloons at me!"
Nick and Adrianne laughed as they walked into Disney World.
"Where should we go first?" Adrianne asked.
Nick thought, "Umm, I'm hungry. How about we go get some lunch?"
Adrianne agreed. They stoped at one of the many food courts and ordered some pizza. They shared a basket of french fries. At one point, Adrianne and Nick reached into the basket at the same time, causing their fingersto brush against each others.
"Sorry" Adrianne and Nick said at the same time.
Adrianne and Nick spent the rest of the day going on rides and watching parades. They walked by a candy shop.
"Oh!" Adrianne said happily, "We have to go in there. I bet they have those rainbow spiral shaped lollipops.
Adrianne dragged Nick in. Sure enough, they had the lollipops. Nick insisted on paying for them.
"Here ya go." the cashier said, "One for you, and one for your husband."
"Oh he's not my husband." Adrianne said.
The cashier laughed, "You could've fooled me. The two of you look so cute together."
Adrianne and Nick smiled at her as they left.
"Thanks for taking me out today." Adrianne said, "It really means alot to me."
"Your welcome" Nick replied, "This is just the begining."
Once they got back to Nick's house, they went swimming.
As they splashed around, Adrianne took a good look at Nick. He was wearing black swim shorts. Drops of water were dripping down his chest. He looked gorgous!
"Damn!" Adrianne said.
Nick looked at her, "Did you say something?"
Adrianne nodded no.
All of a sudde, Nick grabbed Adrianne by the waist and swung her over his shoulder. He threw Adrianne into the water. They both laughed and continued to splash each other.
Just then Adrianne's cellphone rang.
"I'll be right back." Adrianne said to Nick. She picked up the phone.
"Hello?"
"Hi. It's me, Brian."
