Meanwhile, the other group was in the middle of the forest, not quite sure if they were still heading towards the pool or not. "Hey, we're at the Junior Chorus place!" cried Luke.
Suddenly they saw a large green creature in a mumu. It had pulsating veins and bugging red eyes. It's teeth were pointy and yellow, and it's arms were covered in large purple dots. It had long claws and to top it all off, a huge, puffy, blond perm and glasses.
"It's Mrs O'Dea!" Francine screamed. The beast caught sight of them and bolted over.
"Who are ya?" she growled, "I know ya, ya're those little brats I used to teach during the summer! What are ya doing here? What the hell do ya want?"
Luke and Francine shrank back, wanting to run away. Maggie stepped forward. "Excuse, Mrs O'Dea? And may I add that your mumu is very flattering to your figure. But we were wondering if you'd seen our friends Steve and Shawn...and maybe Ren?"
Mrs O'Dea glared back at them. "Aye," she said, nodding her head, "I've seen 'em. They're at the bend. But they're not alone."
Luke lookeed scared. "Wh - What... Where... Who... The bend?" he stammered.
"Aye. The bend. You had better get out while you still can. She'll be lookin' fer alla ya."
"Who's she?" Francine looked horrified.
Mrs O'Dea looked around nervously and then whispered, "Only one hint; she hasn't always been a she!" Mrs O'Dea then turned and ran away (if you call waddling quickly running).
"Wait!" cried Maggie, "where are you going? Can't you tell us who she is?"
"What are you, mental?" muttered Luke, "we don't need her. This is easy. The she that Mrs O'Dea was talking about is so obvious."
The three exchanged glances.
"Anastasia!" whispered Maggie, "oh, no..." Anastasia was an assistant director of the camp (or something like that). The kids were constantly joking about how weird she was (and how maybe she hadn't always been female). Judging from what had happened so far, the kids were ready to believe anything about her.
"Don't just stand there!" cried Francine, "let's find them, quickly!" So Luke, Francine and Maggie rushed down the road. They got past the Dance department, and finally were approaching the bend. Screams were getting louder and louder as they rounded the corner.
"HELP!" Ren was shrieking. "Guys, please!! She's trying to destroy us!!" He, Steve and Shawn were all tied to trees.
"AUGGHHHHH!!!" Steve screamed. Anastasia, a bulging tan creature with a flaming red wig, a strange yellow with black square patches outfit and long black claws, was holding what looked like a three-pronged laser gun. It was aimed directly at Steve.
"NOOOOOO!!!" screamed Cassie, who was running down the road followed by Garth and Diana. A red beam shot out, and Steve slumped over, dead.
"OH, SHIT!" hollered Shawn. The gun was whisked around and the glowing lights hit him and Maggie in one quick motion. Everyone was utterly terrified. Ren was quickly untied by Francine.
"On three, guys!" cried Luke, "one, two, THREE!" The six vampire teenagers, now at their highest peak of anger, lunged at Anastasia.
"Get the gun away from her!" yelled Garth. The gun was somehow wrenched away, but Garth was killed by the deadly claws which slit his throat.
Anastasia was now pinioned down to the ground, struggling. "Get off of me, you little ingrates!" she hissed in an unearthly voice.
"Don't let her go!" cried Francine, "quick, Luke, go get the gun!" He rushed off, retrieved it, and came back.
"Okay, hold her!" cried Luke. Suddenly Anastasia broke free.
"Ha ha ha!!!" she cried, "this isn't over yet!" She grabbed Francine by the wrists with one hand and with one swift movement, sliced through Francine's stomach with the claws, moving them up and around, like Hari Kiri. Francine fell to the ground, losing blood fast. Even a vampire couldn't survive losing all blood like this. Francine moaned and faded away. Anastasia had removed her claws from Francine and now was licking the blood off.
Ren looked sick to his stomach and he was bawling. The others were crying, too. "Please, have mercy on us!" wailed Ren. He grabbed Anastasia around the knees. She stumbled slightly, and then got even more furious.
"Now you pay!" she screeched. She thrust her claws into Ren's eyes, gouging out his eyeballs, mucus and blood pouring out. Ren screamed and fell forward as Anastasia sliced his head open. Ren crumbled before her, covered in blood.
Diana, Cassie and Luke were in a state of complete shock. Luke quickly snapped out of it. Lifting the laser gun and pointing it at Anastasia, the red beams shot out once more.
A last scream filled the air. Then was silence. Diana, Cassie and Luke stared around the place in silence, covered in blood and black tears. So were the seven corpses lying on the ground.
Luke sank to the ground on his knees, shaking. "Oh, fuck..." Cassie and Diana looked down at him. "God," said Luke, "All these guys just died. Just like that. And boy...on top of it all, I'm starving."
"Come on," said Diana, "Let's go get a person to..." but before she could finish, Luke reached over for the nearest corpse, dove at the nearest artery and began to suck.
"Eww, Luke," said Cassie, "you shouldn't do that."
"Why not," he said between slurping sounds.
"Because once they die, the blood is poison," replied Cassie.
"Oh really?" frowned Luke, pulling away and attempting to stand, when suddenly he began to wheeze and cough up the blood. Cassie and Diana looked very worried.
Then, out of nowhere, Luke spontaneously combusted, leaving a pile of grey ashes and his notorious red hat. Cassie and Diana just stood there. Then Cassie picked up the laser gun and they walked off silently back to the parking lot.
They reached the truck and got in. Cassie was turning the ignition as Diana said, "What do we do now?"
"I know," said Cassie, "let's go to Transylvania."
And so, the two vampires drove off down the road, unaware that Castillo was clinging tenaciously to the roof...
