I acquired these pictures from photo albums of 

Anna Rosin and William Ellison (son of Gon Ellison and Ellen Langdon) 

This photo is believe to have been taken at a 1925 family picnic of the Ellison Carter families.

I acquired these from Dan Reese courtesy of Walter Love from an Ellison Photo album he has in his possession believed to be owned by James Ellison, son of James and Mary Scott Ellison.

There was writing on the back of this one. "Hawthorne "( I believe the woman to be Jennie Ellison Hawthorne) also it has either James Ellison or former Ellison and what looks like partial Rochester, New York.

I believe the man to be either James Ellison or Joseph Hawthorn, Jennies husband.

I have no idea who this man is. The picture was believed to be taken in Rochester, New York.
