Lucky Thirteen was released
by Neil Young in January 1993. This album is a "Best Of" album
representing Neil's years on the Geffen record label. It was compiled by Neil at his
Redwood Digital studios and was the last album he owed Geffen Records. "Sample and
Hold" is a longer version than appears on the Trans LP. The CD
