Note:   In my counts for water I am not accounting for the up to three cups of milk and/or juice allowed by WWs to be counted as water, so each day I usually willl have drunk more water than it states under "Water".

Each day I take vitamin, mineral, calcium supplements along with extra iron and herbal preparations.

  Update... Since the chicken I was supposed to use for dinner didn't defrost in time, I changed to the pasta dinner, which used more Points. But I also substituted the WW Pop for a G.H. Eclair, which actually wound up "saving" me 1 point!

  I think the next time I have the ziti I will have it without the Ricotta to save on some points. I haven't had this in a while, so it was nice treating myself to it. Feel fuller than I've felt in a long time... a tiny bit too full. Boy... I can remember when I'd have all of what I had for dinner plus more, and wasn't full! Progress comes in strange forms!

  ...euuuuww... just came back from the bathroom. It seems that dinner had another effect upon me. I haven't had a case of the runs since I started WWs. I guess the meal was too high in fat and dairy for my system. I have IBD (Irritable Bowel Disease)... actually, it's possible I may have Crohn's... and up until tonight the symptoms have been in control since I started WWs. My poor stomach still doesn't feel good. I'll probably still have to make at least one or more trips to the bathroom because of what I ate. I hope I've learned a lesson from this!
