FOOD JOURNALS


Note:   In my counts for water I am not accounting for the up to three cups of milk and/or juice allowed by WWs to be counted as water, so each day I usually willl have drunk more water than it states under "Water".

Each day I take vitamin, mineral, calcium supplements along with extra iron and herbal preparations.


*At the end of the week (Saturdays), all unused "Banked/Saved Points" go back to 0.



The entries on this page, and possibly from now on may not totally conform to my prior format or to the look of the rest of my site. This is due to the fact that I have been trying to report my Food Journal entries to a private group I belong to. It takes a lot of time to do all of this, so I cannot constantly convert everything to separate formats. I hope you understand.

Comments: No extra exercise today (unless you get Exercise Points for throwing a hissy-fit and storming out of your bosses' office!) - I had intended to go on the treadmill but, due to the rain, I had to drive my son to school instead. My WW Pedometer says I've earned 5.21 Exercise Points so far for the week!

I am proud of myself - at the diner, I not only chose well, but I immediately cut my fish and potato in half and asked for a container to put them in to take home! I'd never done that before! Out of curiousity I actually weighed those portions, so the amounts I've listed for what I did eat are probably pretty accurate. I also resisted eating a bigger piece of challah (or even more Challah and butter) and the entire potato, plus I've promised the other half of the chocolate chip cookie to my son, so I won't be tempted to eat it!

Weighed in this morning - lost 4.4 lbs. Grand total lost: WWs: 69.2; from top weight: 79.2 I hope I can keep working my Program well. I'm a bit nervous about next week - Passover! I know if I plan I can stay within limits or at least get close - after all, years ago when I was doing WWs I actually showed a loss after Passover!

So that's why I chose the pasta dish and had extra challah. The cookies were mostly due to my tiredness.

COMMENTS: Passover is finally over! Looking back at my "lost week" I realize that I made the choice to be out of control. I wish I hadn't, but I did and I must move on from there. I have promised to get back on track and have recommitted myself to posting these Food Journals.

Today, at least at first, I found that I really wasn't hungry. I made myself eat brunch because I know I should eat something to start my day off. When I ate dinner, I seemed hungrier than I expected. I'm glad I had the points to use for the eclair, otherwise I would have had trouble controlling my hunger.
