Note: In my counts for water I am not accounting for the up to three cups of milk and/or juice allowed by WWs to be counted as water, so each day I usually will have drunk more water than it states under "Water".
Each day I take vitamin, mineral, calcium supplements along with extra iron and herbal preparations.
*At the end of the week (Saturdays), all unused "Banked/Saved Points" go back to 0.
The entries on this page, and possibly from now on may not totally conform to my prior format or to the look of the rest of my site. This is due to the fact that I have been trying to report my Food Journal entries to a private group I belong to. It takes a lot of time to do all of this, so I may not be able to convert everything to separate formats each day and may only add these entries here once or twice a week. I hope you understand.
