Note:   In my counts for water I am not accounting for the up to three cups of milk and/or juice allowed by WWs to be counted as water, so each day I usually will have drunk more water than it states under "Water".

Each day I take vitamin, mineral, calcium supplements along with extra iron and herbal preparations.

*At the end of the week (Saturdays), all unused "Banked/Saved Points" go back to 0.

COMMENTS: Did well. I "only" gained 1.8 lbs (WW weigh-in), and I hope I can undo that damage and get back on track. I want the next 6 months to echo my first 6 months on WWs (not the last 6)!!!

COMMENTS:Shouldn't have stayed up so late. Although I stayed within my Point range, it was hard... all night I kept feeling like having "something sweet", so I had an extra brownie and the french twist to satisfy the urge. I wonder if I wouldn't have felt that way if those brownies (made by my daughter earlier in the week) hadn't been left out in the open where I kept seeing them (and why didn't I put them away myself)?

COMMENTS: Did pretty well today. At the restaurant I halved my fish and potato immediately and put them in a take-home container. I did the same with the cookie. I even decided not to have any bread or butter, not so much because of the extra Points they'd use, but because I just felt I didn't need to eat any! Hopefully I'll do as well tomorrow night when I go to my friend's daughter's graduation party (food will be served buffet style)..

Somehow I don't feel scared -- even though it seems like I was out of control, I somehow feel that it was just for the day and tomorrow will be fine. I hope I'm right. Tomorrow's weigh-in day. Don't know if I'll be able to wake up in time. We'll see what happens!

COMMENTS: Was really surprised at having lost anything after yesterday! I wonder if the fact that on Saturday I had gotten up early to drive my son Michael to the Massapequa HS for his SAT test, had a very busy day (my bmom paid me a surprise visit and then I had the party to go to), and never went to bed last night contributed to the loss (I really expected a gain). ;) I certainly wouldn't recommend it as a weight-loss method! I was/am exhausted!!!! One thing I've learned is that salty peanuts are a red-light food for me!
