Bob Hart's Saltwater Lure Page

This page is being set aside for the results of recent saltwater lure auctions on some of the popular internet auction sites. A few nice lures came up last month with two selling and the other not meeting reserve. First up was a beautiful Masterlure from Brooklyn, NY painted in white ghost and selling for $316.99. Nice price for both buyer and seller. A tough baby swimmer in one of the earliest boxes.
Next up is another Masterlure, an later Flaptail in Blue Mullet that didn't meet reserve at $281.00. This was a re-list, the first time it sold for $410.00. I guess the buyer must have backed out and the seller re-listed. Most auctions don't get the same interest the second time around.
Last we have a plastic new in box Atom Swimmer in clear amber color that sold for $20.00. There are still some saltwater lures available in every price range so all beginning collectors can still find something saltwater to collect. I think these would make a great color collection.
