"Nick,calm down will you,why did you say those stupid ass coments of yours to her when you knew they would hurt like a stab in the back !",yelled Kevin furiously.
The guys where over at Kevin's and Nick was going into major depression.Kylie hadn't responded to his small notes,and whenever he went to visit her at the hospital she would just ignore him and that hurt alot,it made him angry with himself by saying those damn comments,he was mad,he was angry,he couldn't help it when the words escaped his mouth,he was mad at her,he just wanted to knock some sense into her,but no but he just had to yell at her to rot in that bed till she dies.
"Kevin,I was mad alright damnit,you know what forget this shit I'm leaving,I can't this anymore,I have to go see her,I haven't seen her in three days now and thats enough for me !",yelled a frustrated Nick.
The guys knew Nick was going to somewhat emotional depression,he had stray tears in his eyes,he looked beyond horrible,his hair was tousled,his eyes where sad and full of anger for himself.
Nick ran outside and got into his car and drove to the hospital,when he arrived he ran into the elevator and wiped away the tears from his eyes,once he reached his floor people stared at him weirdly,some of the old nurses hadn't seen him like this,he looked like he did once when Mary had died.
Some nurses wondered,could he be falling in love once again ?
Nick opened the door to Kylie's room and found and empty bed,the room was cleaned and light shined thru the windows.
"N...n...no !",screamed Nick.
He broke down into tears,he fell down onto his knees and fingered slightly the hospital bed sheets Kylie once slept in.
"Kylie,I'm so sorry,please forgive me,I didn't mean to hurt you like I did,I'm a rude son of a bitch,you hate me and I truly understand,I hate myself,I..I was beginning to fall in love with you Kylie",sobbed Nick.
Dr.Smith entered Kylie's room with a broad smile on his face.Kylie was now in intensive care,she had just finished an exceptionally well surgery,the cancer was now truly gone,and Dr.Smith couldn't wait to tell Nick and Kylie the joyous news.
"Nick,what are you doing here,and why are you crying ?",asked Dr.Smith.
Nick looked up the sheets where wet from his tears,his eyes where bloodshot red.
"Kylie died",said Nick softly.
Dr.Smith chuckled and said warmly,"Oh no Nick she didn't die,she's in intensive care,she just finished having surgery,and the cancers is now gone"
Nick's once sad face turned into a happy go lucky face.Nick got up on his feet and hugged Dr.Smith,he wiped away his tears.
"Really ? oh this is so awesome,I can't wait to see her,Oh I have got to go and visit her,but first I can not look like shit,ah !",smiled Nick,he was beyond giddy.
Dr.Smith laughed as he watched Nick skip out of the room.Nick went to the nurses desk and asked for Kylie Andrews room number,he was told room number 239 on floor 8.Nick ran straight to the elevator he was getting giddier by the moment,he noticed his palms where starting to sweat,he was nervous,he admitted that to himself,soon questions ran thru his mind,What if she never forgives me ?.
Nick got off on the 8th floor and walked down the long hall way to Kylie's room,he now stood infront of the door Kylie was in,he couldn't do this,but he had to,he wanted her forgiveness,he wanted to kiss her soft lips,the once he had imagined kissing passionatly.His hand gripped onto the knob and twisted it,soon he found himself in room where he could hear one of there songs quietly playing,the song was 'The One.
Nick quietly tip toed over to Kylie's side.
"Get out",hissed Kylie.
She was hurt by his words,she felt stirring emotions in her heart about him,the way he looked at her just made her turn to pure mush.
"Kylie,I'm really sorry,I was mad at you,at myself too,can't you forgive me,please ?",begged Nick.
Kylie looked at him,his eyes met hers,reflecting each others hurt.
"I can't forgive you Nick,I'm sorry but you hurt me",said Kylie silently.
"I understand",said Nick softly.
Nick stood up from the spot on her bed,he wanted to kiss her soft lips,but he didn't,he just looked at her and left the room.
