Elves
Elves are small humanoid creatures with pointy ears, which is general live in forests or burrow underground. By no means do I mean Santa’s elves either, sorry, not happening. I’m speaking of real elves. The sort of elves that are rarely seen or heard of but do exist. Oh yes, they certainly do exist.
Elves are the caretakers of the earth. They care for the plants and trees and creatures around it, and assume certain powers and magicks that help them with their work. Elves are also extremely quick and witty, for being caught by any human being (or werewolf) leads to extreme fates.
Good friends of the fairies around them as well, and anyone could see why. Elves may not be as cute, but they certainly portray a helping hand in running the earth. Who else would catch a baby bird fallen from his nest (safely, I mean)?
