Cookie Cake
Materials
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons white sugar
4 (1 oz) squares semisweet chocolate
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
1. Put the butter, molasses, sugar, and chocolate(not the chips)into a 1 1/2 quart oven
proof glass bowl
and microwave on high for two minutes or until chocolate and fat have melted.
2. Stir well.
3. Mix in the chocolate chips.
4. Spoon the cookie mixture into a 7 inch plain round pan, press down evenly.
5. Chill in refrigerator for about 8 hours.
6. Remove from pan and serve.

Ice Cream Cone Cup Cakes
Materials
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspons baking powder
2/3 cup milk
24 flat bottomed ice cream cones
some whipped cream
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2.Cream butter and sugar together well in mixing bowl.
3. Beat in eggs 1 at a time.
4. Mix in vanilla.
5. Measure flour, baking powder and salt into small bowl. Stir.
6. Mix both mixtures together, stir well.
7. Fill cones about 3/4 full leaving the batter 1/2 inch from top.
8. Bake in oven for about 15-20 minutes.
9. Ice with whipped cream, making a spiral design that looks like soft ice cream.
