May we never forget September 11, 2001 and all those who were lost in the tragedy. Let's not let the hate we feel overcome us. Instead, we should use that hate to fuel our desire to rebuild; rebuild the towers that fell and rebuild our our faith in the human race.
GOD BLESS THE USA!

We need to send this to all our congressmen,

THIS DOES SAY IT ALL!!!

After the state of Florida change its opinion and let a Muslim woman have her picture on her drivers license with her face covered, this is even more appropriate. Read on, please!

This is an Editorial written by an American citizen, published in a Tampa Newspaper. He did quite a job; didn't he?

IMMIGRANTS, NOT AMERICANS, MUST ADAPT

I am tired of this nation worrying about whether we are offending some individual or their culture. Since the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, we have experienced a surge in patriotism by the majority of Americans.

However, the dust from the attacks had barely settled when the "politically correct" crowd began complaining about the possibility that our patriotism was offending others. I am not against immigration, nor do I hold a grudge against anyone who is seeking a better life by coming to America. Our population is almost entirely comprised of descendants of immigrants. However, there are a few things that those who have recently come to our country, and apparently some born here, need to understand. This idea of America being a multicultural community has served only to dilute our sovereignty and our national identity.

As Americans, we have our own culture, our own society, our own language and our own lifestyle. This culture has been developed over centuries of struggles, trials, and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom. We speak ENGLISH, not Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society, learn the language!

"In God We Trust" is our national motto. This is not some Christian, right wing, political slogan. We adopted this motto because Christian men and women, on Christian principles, founded this nation, and this is clearly documented. It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools. If God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as your new home, because God is part of our culture.

If Stars and Stripes offend you, or you don't like Uncle Sam, then you should seriously consider a move to another part of this planet. We are happy with our culture and have no desire to change, and we really don't care how you did things where you came from.

This is OUR COUNTRY, our land, and our lifestyle. Our First Amendment gives every citizen the right to express his opinion and we will allow you every opportunity to do so. But, once you are done complaining, whining, and griping about our flag, our pledge, our national motto, or our way of life, I highly encourage you to take advantage of one other great American freedom, THE RIGHT TO LEAVE.

Please pass this along if you agree.

Fallen Heros Of Operation Free Iraq

With the war that began last month, there has been so much protesting in the last few weeks that i think sometimes people lose sight of the fact that it's our men dying over there. Although you may not agree with the reasons we're there, please still pray for our troops safety. And plese don't forget those who will not make it home. It's sad, but I wrote this poem to make people think....this is for our "Fallen Heros" who so bravely fought a war for the freedom of another country....

I heard them call you a 'fallen hero'
On the morning news today.
Their voices cracked with sadness
Each time they said a name.
They waved the flag across the sky,
It's colors so brightly glowed.
They spoke with pride as they talked
About the courage you greatly showed.
I sat there quietly as I watched
Thoughts forming in my head.
You fought so people could be free to live
And sleep soundly in their bed.
So young you were and full of life
Your dreams were yet to come true.
Yet on a battlefield a world away
God has chosen to take you.
I wiped the tears as they showed your picture
A bright smile lit up your face.
I knew right then this stranger to me
Could never be replaced.
The tears flowed as I imagined
The last thoughts in your mind.
I pray you felt peace and comfort too
And from all fears you were blind.
Did you hold on to the happiness
This short life was able to give?
Did you realize you were dying
For the people of a nation to live?
Or did you think of your family
Those closest in your life?
Maybe you held onto a picture
Of your husband or your wife.
Was it your children safe at home
That gave you the last bit of peace?
As, quietly, you said goodbye
And felt a strange comfort of release.
A hero you are, but fallen you're not
For I know you're up above
Watching your family everyday
To make sure they still feel loved.
So in case you never heard it
Before you went away
Thank you for protecting me
And keeping me safe today.
Thank you for your selflessness
As you so bravely fought
For leaving the comfort of your home
And for a freedom that can't be bought.
Thank you for your loyalty
To our nation of the Red, White & Blue
For having the strength to fight a battle
So many have chosen not to.
In every sense you are my hero
And you paid the ultimate price
Please know today, America remembers
It's to you we owe our lives.
