We're MARRIED!

Have been for over a year now - so YAY us!
September 2, 2006

So, we had Dr. Bruce Tomlinson perform the wedding. He was Brian's Masters Thesis advisor at SUNY Fredonia, and also a professor of mine. In fact, Brian and I met in a Developmental Biology course, taught by none other than Dr. Tomlinson. So we had him perform the ceremony because for as long as Brian and I have been together Dr. T and his lovely wife Donna have been the best of friends to us - more like family! Prior to our September wedding, we decided that on the 2 year anniversary of Brian first asking me to marry him (which it wasn't official then b/c he needed to get permission from my dad and get a ring, etc.) that we'd get married by a Mayor/Judge! This was because we'd like to have Brian adopt Alexa (which can't happen until we're married for a year apparently) and have that finalized before Alexa starts Kindergarten. Sooo, we now have "The Ultimate Engagement" from February 2006, and "The Real Wedding" that was in September 2006! We're so crazy!!

So, in fact - Brian and I were married as of February 18, 2006 - but we also had a formal ceremony/reception this September where we exchanged our own written vows in front of our family and close friends!

So, I am now officially
Mrs. Christine Lauren Moskalik!

Introducing Lydia Loren Bojlevski! Born February 6, 2006 to Chrissy's Step-sister Carrie and her husbond Petar!

Alexa just turned 4 on February 4th, 2006! What a big girl!!!

Here are some shots of how we celebrated. The girls are her buddies from preschool and the raincoat and boots was a present from Liana (3rd girl from alexa)! Our little party was a lot of fun!

This is Hailey Diane Moskalik! Born November 21, 2005 to Brian's brother Jason and his wife, Trina!!

My Bday was October 18. (I am now 24! whoa!)
Here are some fun pictures of how I celebrated!

So, this is a lemon flower cake from my best friends back in Fredonia, NY. The lemon thing is a funny inside joke about me always saying lemon when I mean lime and vice versa. This is only one of the many dyslexic things I say (un-intentionally)! Next to it you will see the message on the card from them!
Silly Fredonia Friends!

Here is the cake Brian decorated so lovingly for me! It was soooo funny! I love gummy candy so he put several pieces of gummy candy on it and made it fun w/ 24 candles (fun spirals and normal). Next to the cake you will see the windchimes he got me for my bday! I love them - We saw them in a store (when we had NO money) and I expressed an interest in someday getting them. As a surprise, for my birthday he went out and got them for me! Sweet huh?! :-)

On top of all that, I got this beautiful boquet of flowers! *Notice the hot peppers in the boquet! We are crazy hot pepper people!

We are getting settled!!

After having a hard time at the home we had in KY, we moved to Cincinnati, Ohio. Our new house is just a few blocks from campus!

This is a picture that was taken in front of our house looking down the street we'll live on! The other picture is a view of what our our daily walk into campus involves!!! As you can see at the end of the street some cars parked up a hill...that is where the University of Cincinnati is, and our buildings are just down the street from there!
