We have tested the code in IE 7.0, Firefox 2.0.0.4, Opera 9.21, Netscape 9.0b1, Netscape 8.1.3, AOL Explorer 1.5 and Safari 3.0. This script worked well in all platforms with one (1) variation observed in IE 7.0.

T he answer to this question is quite simple. A professional web designer wants to be able to view his/her creations in different platforms (Browsers) to see how the end result appears. The more platforms you can view your work, the better informed you are about the end results. All the browsers we create in are available for download from the respective websites.

A nother reason for the different platforms is why make vanilla and chocolate ice cream. So people have choices. Not everyone likes the same things, including browser platforms. This way you can surf the web with the browser of your choice.
