ere is the reason and resolution for the download prompt. Unfortunately, if you have our code on your pages, then the prompt will occur on all of those respective pages. The reason being that in order for your visitors to see the cursors, they need to install the software.

owever, if specific users do not want to see the prompt, you can direct them to the following page that will stop these pop-ups on their computers only.

o avoid getting prompted again, and if you are surfing the web using Internet Explorer, first please make sure you have cookies enabled then go to the following url:

hat our Webmaster has done to resolve the download prompt is to remove the Comet Cursor codes from our first three pages including our navigation pages. On the navigation page right on top we have the below mesasage to resolve the download issue.

ll our pages from this point on have Comet Cursors on them. To view the cursors on our pages if you are using Internet Explorer, you will be prompted to download the software in order to view the different cursors. If you do not want to view the cursors and do not want to see the prompt, the below link will stop these pop-ups on your computer only.

e have also voided the Comet Cursor code from this page so there will be no download issue.
