Netscape Browser. Where, Why And Howto. Where to download different versions and also howto use as opposed to Internet Explorer

W hen you are a "Professional" Web designer in the true sense of the word you care about the work you design,

( which by the way is your signature and best advertisement ).
It is extremely advantageous for you to view your work in more than one browser platform. Reason being is quite simple. What looks good in one browser platform may not look good in another. Especially when you deal with java scripts that are not all adaptable in both Netscape and Internet Explorer.

A nd to answer your next question which by the way has been asked of us many time. The Answer is "No", By downloading Netscape, if you already have Internet Exploror, It will not overwrite it. It is a totally separate program.

I f you have never viewed a page with "Netscape", you will be in for a big surprise. It will look nothing like Internet Explorer. This is why it is very important to be able to view your work in different platforms. It may look great in one and horrible in another. Also not all java scripts work on both platforms. Remember, not everyone has the same browser as you do. Be considerate of others when you design your pages. The little extra work will pay off in the long run.
