Well, another week has gone by and we hope that everyone had a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday.

As usual we have been busy adding new tutorials and pages for your use and enjoyment.

We regret any inconvienence about this edition of our news letter. We have have a few notes telling us they did not receive this weeks letter when we sent it on Sunday. So we are sending it again to be sure everyone receives it. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

It Has Been Brought To Our Attention
that there are times that when you click on one or more of the links on this page, you receive an error telling you "There has been an error displaying this link. We have delved into this problem and have been advised by "The Powers To Be that it is not the links or the server. The problem lies in the fact that after clicking on a few links, the code sequence is not interpreted correctly. This can be easily rectified by "Refreshing" the page and the link will display properly.

With the passing and celebration of Thanksgiving, it officially opens the Holiday season. With this in mind, it is a time of cheer and good will towards everyone. Besides this, the onslaught of the famous "Christmas Party". Please, if you consume alcoholic beverages at these parties, drink responsibly and don't let a friend drive drunk. It is not worth being a "Pal" and possibly having an intoxicated person on the roads. Be a "Real Friend" and take those keys and call them a cab. You will be thanked for it the next day. Each week we add a little tip to assist you in your web building. Some of the things you already know and sometimes you will come across a thing or two that you wanted but did not know where to find it. This week we will feature
"Download Files From Your Site"

One question we hear asked a lot is: "How can I allow visitors to download files from my site?"

The answer is simple. All you need to do is point to your files using the HREF tag. However, the file must be in a format that will not execute or display on a browser. Instead, if the browser can't recognize the file, it will launch a download window.

The tutorial is slightly lengthy so instead of trying to answer it here, we have built a section devoted just to this aspect of web designing. Click on the "WinZip" logo to get you to our tutorial on this.

So What we have decided to do is post the top question of the week and show you how we answer it.
