We value your privacy and will not do anything with your information except use it as you request.

A ny information that we receive from you ( our valued guest ) is in no way sold, distributed, solicited or anything else that may have to do with sharing your information or infringing on your privacy. It is totally private and shall be kept that way. We do not do anything with your information but use it the way you have requested. ( such as signing up for our mailing list ) Anything we send you shall be unsolicited and sent only by your request from your signing up for certain services we have.

B y signing up for these services you also agree and do not hold us responsible for anything that is beyond our control and outside the security of

I n referrence to your submitting an article to The Consigliere™ Ltd. dba news letter which is published by subscription only approximately once a week.

A nyone who would like to submit* little articles for publication** in The Consigliere's™ News letter that is published weekly, ( From The Desk Of The Consigliere™ ) is invited.

W e will not publish anything that has sexual content,is derogatory, bigoted, racist, adult natured, pokes fun at anyone, or links to types of web sites or makes reference to web sites that do not adhere to the criteria set forth within. We are just looking for good, clean articles, stories and or anecdotes that all ages can read in our weekly news letter.

W e will read each and every article submitted and determine if we will publish it. You will not get a computer generated response because we feel that it is impersonal.

W e will acknowledge every submission personally and you will also get notified if it will or will not be published.

Y ou will also be emailed the URL of the page your article will be on prior to publishing so you can determine and make any last minute changes to your article prior to publishing it in our news letter and adding it to our archives***.

I n referrence to certain words or terms * ** *** they are fully explained in detail as not to be misconstrued by either party involved.

* This is on a voluntary basis only. We will not compensate you in any way other than to publish your name and or nickname and email address if you so choose. There will be no monetary compensation and no offer has been made. By submitting your articles you do acknowledge and agree to the terms setforth within.

** Publication, Publish or any other word held within defined as to be published in the weekly news letter AKA (From The Desk Of The Consigliere™) shall not be misconstrued as to publish anywhere else but within the newsletter and the archives of The Consigliere's™ Domain or web site. These archives are public domain and can be viewed by anyone who has subscribed to the news letter and or the general public by accessing same from entering the proper URL or address from The Consigliere's™ Web Design site or any other public access domain or web site.

*** Archives and or archive or any tense so used references the main page that all the submitted articles are kept as public domain and can be accessed.

I f we do publish your article it shall be so deemed the property of The Consigliere™ Ltd. dba. Once said article/s are published they shall be archived and the proper submitted credits will be attached and archived in our public access files.

P lease do not submit someone else's work and claim it to be yours. If you want to submit someone else's work please include that you are submitting with permission from and list that person or place you got it from including a web address if you have it. If copywrite material is submitted and it is discovered without the proper credits, we shall be bound by law to remove same after further investigation and notify you of its removal.

I f we do not publish your article it shall be returned to you and we will shall not archive it anywhere.
