Internet Explorer 5.5+ allows you to change the colors of scroll bars in a textarea tag or the browser window. Select the colors you want for the respective scroll bar attributes and see how they will look on the scrollbar of the textarea form box. Then, switch the "Show Source" to "Yes", re-submit, and the code will appear in a new window for you to copy and paste into your document. Very cool!!!

We have tested the code in IE6.0, Firefox1.5.0.4, Opera9.0, Netscape8.1 and AOL Explorer1.2. This script worked in IE and AOL Explorer1.2. All other platforms tested the effect will "Not" work. It degrades well and you will not get any error messages.

Depending on your knowledge of HTML and javascripts, this is an easy one (1) part copy and paste code that goes anywhere in the <BODY> section you want this effect to appear of your document with "No" reconfigurations. Just copy, paste and you are done.
