T his is an extremely cool effect when you change pages. It will only work with Internet Explorer. And believe it or not depending on your knowledge of HTML and Java scripts, it is only two lines of script. Just see below the little code and follow the link for all the different codes for all the different transitions.
W e have tested the code in IE6.0, Firefox1.5.0.1, Opera8.52, Netscape7.02, Netscape8.1 and AOL Explorer1.2. This script worked in IE and AOL Explorer1.2only. All other platforms tested will not see this effect. It degrades well and you will not get any error messages.
W
hen you paste this sniplet of code on your document be sure you paste it in the <HEAD> section of your document or it WILL NOT WORK. If you would like to see this transition again in action why don't you it now by clicking the "Demo" link below. All you need to do is "copy & paste" the "2" line code in between the <HEAD> and </HEAD> tags and configure which transition you want. If you go to the "Demo" page you will see a list of transitions and numbers. Put the transition number in the code and the other number(duration) is time. 1 equals one second, two equals 2 seconds etc. This is for how long it will take to transition.
