Friday the 13th
Friday October 13th the moon is full and it resembles a skull
Peace is at risk as the heavy air breathes it’s torment and toil
On this night I will wonder why man can’t find love in his brother
Were all quite the same yet set ourselves apart from another
Certainly down the street someone's being threatened with a gun
there’s no space left to hide now big brother is here why try to run
In this instant I close my eyes and envision a world that is at peace
God let us awaken to reality the world’s in need of you now please
Love and conflict can not co-exist
Know this message it is not to be missed
Where there is love we’ll find forgiveness
Where there is tolerance so will be peace
Friday the 13th I stare at that far away full moon
I am the patient one and I trust we’ll see the light soon
With an open mind all conflict can be seen and healed
To look deep within ourselves is invitation to the real
