What we dream is in direct relation to our lives. Either our past or future. Our dreams are sometimes difficult to understand, our nightmares upsetting! They can be psychic, ridiculous, or haunting.
Dreams have their own language, themes, and symbols.....Dreams take us places to explore. They are really exploration of our own minds eye. We can learn so much about ourselves when we do an analysis on the details they give us. It is very important to keep a dream diary within reach, and begin to write down your dream as soon as possible. Including: objects, colors, word plays or puns and riddles. Also including any "word phrases", symbols, other people in the dream, your physical place in the dream, and the "feel" of the dream. Be as descriptive as possible. Even though we think we will remember the details later, they will fade as the day goes on.
