Prayers to Satan

Below is the beginning of what I hope will eventually become a large collection of prayers to Satan.

First, two literary classics, both praising Satan though in very different ways:

• Annotated translation of Hymn to Satan by Giosue Carducci, on the Church of Satan site.  (The CoS folks are symbolic Satanists, not theistic Satanists, but their site does have some good stuff on it, as well as some not-so-good stuff.) Carducci's poem was written back in 1865 C.E.  He later won a Nobel Prize and is considered to be one of Italy's very greatest poets. • The Litanies of Satan by Charles Baudelaire, original French version plus several English translations, on FleursDuMal.org
