November 2002: Bronx 22-2115 at Bruckner Blvd and Brook Ave. A 2nd alarm was transmitted on arrival by Battalion 14. Moments after the first due companies arrived and Tower Ladder 17 set up, a collapse of the fire building occurred. Squad 41 responded as the third due engine.
October 2002. Bronx 44-3206 at Morris Park Avenue and Victor St. A second alarm on arrival was transmitted by Engine 90. Units responding to a report of a rubbish fire in a rear yard of a private dwelling got more than what they expected. A three story PD with heavy fire on the top floor with extension into exposures 2 & 4. Because Squad 61 responded as the 3rd due engine, Squad 41 was special called.
