CROSS I BEAR~
Looking back
it was just 2 years ago
The same old
answers I don't really know
I now relive
that day as it flashes through my mind
The pain and
grief brings back sorrows I still find
To lose you
in a way that I just don't understand
To take your
life with the help of your own hands
There have
been many tears I have cried
Since that
tragic day that you died
Even now the
memories of that day return
In my heart
it was a cruel lesson that I learned
To lose a
son like I have done
There is no
joy there is no fun
So on this
day just 2 years ago
My heart was
destroyed but you will never know
The love I
have for you my Son
Is stronger
then life it can't be undone
So as my mind
wanders back 2 years today
The cross
I bear is the price I pay
