A quick comment:     Back to Review A-I     Back to Ultra Magnus Homepage

This is my first and last MyClone Ultra Magnus.  Other than Ultra Magnus, I have no interested in collecting this line.  Not that this line is bad or anything, it's just that I prefer a transformable figure especially on Generation 1 Transformers.  I got MyClone Ultra Magnus on Oct. X, Mmiii and it cost me ($VI) $XIV from Briantoystore online.

Original G1 Ultra Magnus' Bio:

Ultra Magnus is all soldier.  Most comfortable when carrying out Optimus Prime's orders.  Possesses magnificent fighting skills, courage, and a gift for battlefield improvisation.  Uncomfortable in the mantle of leadership, but presents strong profile as a commander.  Carries missile launchers capable of hitting a target 30 miles away.  Resolute, fair, and courageous beyond reproach.  Ever ready to sacrifice himself for the good of men and mission.

R-2 MyClone Ultra Magnus Figure:

MycMagfig1.jpg (48192 bytes)MyClone Ultra Magnus was made to look as if he was a deformable figure so yes it is intentional.  For a figure that is less than 3 inches, MyClone Ultra Magnus is actually a cool looking figure.  He had a nice articulation as well as a nice design.  The color was done beautifully as well.  Overall, Ultra Magnus fans should get this figure, it's really adorable.

R-3 Image Details:

MycMagfig2.jpg (45258 bytes)The first image showed all of his articulation movement from moving arm to wrist to knee.  Next to that is Ultra Magnus standing ontop of his red base.  The third image show the underside of Magnus feet in which how the based is inserted.  Last but not least is the red base showing top and bottom.  The top of the base had the word MyClone engraved onto it while the bottom is nothing but hollow.

Special Notes: The red base tend to lose easily since Magnus can stand on his two feet.  So if you don't to lose it, connect it onto Magnus feet peg.  NOTE: The MyClone series sold in random which mean you do not know which figure you will be getting.  If you don't want to get a duplication figure, you must purchase the boxset.

Overall Grade: [B] - Not bad all for some thing that is less than 3 inch tall.  It looks cool and it got one of the nicest articulation.  The good part is that all MyClone figure limbs and body part are interchangeable with one another.
