"Finally, the Rock has come back...to the WWF!"
The Rock made his awaited return to the WWF, challenging both WWF and WCW/ECW (or the Alliance as it's being called.) He decided to listen to both owners (Shane and Vince) debate about which federation the Rock would be better suited to. The Rock listened, and then struck Vince down with the Rock Bottom. After Shane's little celebratory dance routine, the Rock Bottomed Shane also. Then, as a follow-up, the Brahma Bull hit Shane with the most electrifying move in sports entertainment. Note: If you don't know what that move is, shame.
In other matches, Rob Van Dam put on another remarkable performance, getting the nod over Tajiri. Matt Hardy and Lita were blown away by the Hurricane Helms/Torrie Wilson team. I honestly wonder why Torrie is paired with Helms. Kidman is Torrie's real-life boyfriend, and I think that Kiebler would be a better fit for Helms. Chris Jericho put a quick end to Tazz to open the show, and Jim Ross and Paul Heyman continued their fued. Not in the ring, mind you, but in the announcer's chair. For more results, look below these letters.
Chris Jericho d. Tazz
